R5R Racer tuned by M.Rossi guarantees the same performance as a Pro engine at reasonable price.
The Racer is equipped with: HCX horizontal carburetor, silicon filled and tuned crankshaft, sleeve with 5 inlet ports and classic exhaust port, new front bearing, rear steel high quality chrome steel bearing. All parts are matched, measured by Mario within certain tolerances, hand built by him personally.
HCX HORIZONTAL CARBURETOR
Higher Idle Stability
The revolutionary carb features a differently positioned top end needle, rather than pointing diagonally upwards, it is now horizontally positioned much lower down. HCX Horizontal carb main features: higher idle stability, more precise tuning, easier access to high speed needle, higher mid/top range power.

R5R sleeve design and timing features high torque and controllable power delivery in order to make the engine extremely drivable, suitable for every type of track and to help reduce fuel consumption.
FLAT BILLET PISTON

Our flat piston matched to a specific combustion chamber guarantees high performance and low consumption. Lightweight, durable and reliable is the standard quality of our connecting rod. The slim shape is designed to minimize aerodynamic friction.

Our special silicone filling reduces the inertia to rotation.

The new high sealing Made in Japan front ball bearing ensures high idle stability. The Swiss made chrome-steel rear bearing ensures longer life and extreme performances.

Mario Rossi
All parts are matched, measured by Mario Rossi within certain tolerances, hand built by him personally. The engine leaves our factory with a hand inspection of all components and compression is checked.
